Equities Yet To Wake Up To End Of Operation Twist-Style QE3 | ZeroHedge
Maybe this is the plan for the Fed. One day you tell everyone that QE3 is a possibility, then the wait for the upside in the markets, and then let them hang with maybe not. Then you can do it all over again. Isn't life grand!
